i) What is Styled Crew?

Styled Crew is an online personal styling service for men, and the first of its kind in Malaysia. To get started, just fill up our quiz, and you will assigned your very own personal stylist, who will curate unique looks to help you look stylish.

ii) How Styled Crew works?

1. Create your style profile

Start off by filling up our style quiz, to help us to understand your size, style, shape and preferences. It should only take around 10 minutes of your time.

2. Verify your credit card

Just key in your card number and expiry date to complete the verification process. We won’t ask for your CVC number!

3. Pick a date to receive your box

Choose a convenient date for us to deliver you a selection of 10 items which includes tops, dresses, shoes and accessories. We do not charge any styling or shipping fees!

4. Try everything in the comfort of your own home

Do try on everything that your stylist has picked for you. Feel free to play around and pair them with existing items in your wardrobe to see how they match.

5. Keep what you like, and we will collect the rest back

Take 3 days to decide what you would like to keep. You will only be charged for the items that you decide to buy; and our delivery personnel will collect the rest of the items back.

6. Give us your feedback

Please tell us your honest opinion of each individual item which you have received. This allows your stylist to understand your taste better, which will definitely improve the overall product mix of your next box.

iii) How is Styled Crew different from retail or online shopping?

It’s only fair to say that Styled Crew offers a truly personalized experience like no other retailers, whether they are online or offline. We take pride in only recommending fashion items which we think are in line with your taste, budget and lifestyle. In fact, your stylist handpicks each individual item in your box, and bear in mind that these looks are truly unique as they cater to you only. We do not ‘recycle’ these items and none of our clients have ever received an identical selection of items.

The whole idea of Styled Crew is to make shopping more convenient and effortless for you. We save you a trip to the mall, and allow you to try on 10 curated items without charging you any fees beforehand.

iv) Which areas does Styled Crew currently cover?

At the moment, we cater exclusively to men in the Klang Valley. We are looking to expand into other regions such as Penang and Johor in the foreseeable future, and cover the whole of Malaysia after that.

v) How much does it cost?

Our average price point is RM100 per item, but we do carry a wide range of products with varying price points. Before your stylist starts packing your box, she will enquire about your usual shopping spending habits to get to know the price points that you are comfortable paying.

vi) What types of items will you be sending me?

We have a wide array of items including tops, pants, shorts, skirts, dresses, accessories, shoes and bags. As we continue to grow and scale, you can expect to see more new offerings soon!

vii) What brands do you carry?

We mostly carry brands sourced directly from overseas which are favoured by celebrities worldwide. Some of our top brands include: Blink, Closet London, Neon Rose, Lavish Alice, Lucy Paris, MINKPINK, Girls On Film, Oh My Love and Rare London.



Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

When you verify your credit card details after signing up, your credit card will not be charged. In fact, you will only be charged after you decide to buy and keep any items in your box.

Is it safe for me to provide my credit card details?

Absolutely! We do not store any of your card information and the whole verification process is carried out through a reliable 3rd party software called Braintree by PayPal

How much do you charge to carry out the card verification?

We do not charge to verify your card. You don’t even need to provide us with your CVC number!



Scheduling

How does the Styled Crew subscription work?

By default, we ship out a new box to you once a month, and we automatically schedule the delivery for your future shipments. We believe this is the best way to best to keep your style fresh and up to date!

Are there any alternatives to automatic shipments?

If a monthly subscription is not what you’re looking for, you can manually schedule a shipment when it is convenient for you. You may also choose to opt out of a particular month’s shipment.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can update your subscription preferences through your Styled Crew account dashboard.
If you are thinking about cancelling your subscription permanently, we strongly encourage you to speak to your stylist first, so we can figure out why are you dissatisfied with our service.



Delivery and Pickup

How does it work?

We provide free delivery and pickup both ways! Just provide us with a valid address for our delivery personnel to deliver the box to you, and pick it up once you have tried on all items in 3 days.
